We’ll custom design a dress just for you based on your preferences, including style, lace, or fabric. Share photo examples and essential elements you desire, and we’ll sketch and tailor it to your satisfaction before starting the production.
The “Couture gown” is a wedding dress designed and created for a bride who has a specific dress in mind and can’t find it anywhere else.

Making a wedding dress is a complicated process. Our target is 17-24 days from the placement of the order to get the product to you, with the assumption that the material is already available at our location. It is possible that we need longer, with a target of 25-52 days if materials are not available. But we will be able to confirm this within 2 working days and if this is a problem, we can offer a full refund. Our suggestion is in all cases consider this in advance and order your dress as early as possible, to ensure that it arrives in time, especially if alterations are required.

All products are shipped from Wroclaw, Poland.

STANDARD SHIPPING times are normally: 24/48h within Poland, 3-5 working days main EUROPEAN cities, 5-9 working days to USA, Canada etc, and 19-20 working days to most destinations worldwide.

Delays due to Black Friday, Christmas Holidays, bad weather can occur.

We use materials in standard shades (off-white, ivory, etc.), the dress color is always specified in the description. We’ve been sourcing materials from reliable and trusted suppliers for many years, ensuring that there’s no possibility of the client’s dress differing from the sample. However, if you have any doubts, we can send a small fabric swatch as a sample.

In cases where a unique shade is required, we often request a photo of the bride’s skin tone to match it accurately.

Please note, personalized items resulting from individual tailoring cannot be returned or exchanged as they’re specifically crafted for you, making resale impossible.

As a brand specializing in custom-made garments, it’s important to note that dresses crafted to individual measurements are unique to each client. Each creation is entirely personalized from scratch, tailored exclusively for you. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds on the following:

• Lingerie (bodysuits, robes, pajamas, bustiers)
• Gift cards, deposits
• Face masks
• Final sale items
• Custom-made, personalized, or altered products
• Swatches
• Shipping costs, except in cases of mail loss

All dresses are meticulously handmade upon order receipt, rendering each item CUSTOM MADE and non-refundable. Our dedication lies in delivering a unique, personalized experience, tailored precisely to your preferences.

At our store, we have unwavering confidence in the quality of our products, so we’re certain you won’t want to cancel your order. However, we kindly ask for your attention to our cancellation policy. Should you wish a refund of 100% of the amount, request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

We understand that sometimes weddings are postponed or even canceled altogether. That’s life.
A refund is possible minus the cost of materials and labor. The amount refunded will depend on the stage of manufacture of the dress. Please write to us; we’ll do our best to assist you.

If we haven’t received your confirmation or required measurements within 2 weeks, we’ll proceed with crafting standard sizes. This step is crucial to meet Etsy’s shipping guidelines and prevent any shipping delays.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, kindly ensure you’ve received and responded to our order confirmation, addressing any queries about your order. Please note, once your standard order has been shipped due to non-response, refunds won’t be accepted.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification in your email. Within your ETSY account, you can locate your order and access the tracking number. We kindly request you to do so and keep an eye on your parcel’s journey.

There have been instances where parcels reached the local post office, waited for 30 days, and then returned to us without customers being aware. To prevent this, please actively track your shipment using your city’s official postal service.
