We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $100!

All products are shipped from Wroclaw, Poland.
STANDARD SHIPPING times are normally: 24/48h within Poland, 3-5 working days main EUROPEAN cities, 5-9 working days to USA, Canada etc, and 19-20 working days to most destinations worldwide.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: You can add an to your order for faster delivery: 48h ALL EUROPE, 3-5 working days to USA, and to most other destinations worldwide.
Delays due to Black Friday, Christmas Holidays, bad weather can occur.

 

Returns

We are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of materials in our dresses and our high craftsmanship, and will love our creations, so much so that we are ready to offer a money-back guarantee if we still cannot meet your expectations.

Over the years, we’ve had only a few brides who refused the dress. Therefore, we can easily make such an offer. If you also cannot walk down the aisle in our dress, don’t worry, we are confident that we can accept it.

Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for further return instructions before shipping the item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It’s really important to send the items before 30 days.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You are responsible for the product’s return until we receive it back to our shop. The return can be made through any Service.

We highly recommend adding a tracking number to it, so we can track the item.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds on the following:

• Lingerie (bodysuits, robes, pajamas, bustiers)
• Gift cards, deposits
• Face masks
• Final sale items
• Personalized, or altered products
• Swatches
• Shipping costs, except in cases of mail loss

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We process refunds twice a month, approximately 30 days after getting the package back. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xnauti.com and send your item to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can refund of only those items that we received.
